Feed editor: see when channels download your feed

Is the channel actually picking up your feed? The feed editor now shows when the feed URL was last downloaded and by which service, for example Google, Meta, Heureka, Idealo, Zboží, Glami, Pinterest or TikTok.

Click "Last opened by a service" to see the last 20 downloads with date and time, service and IP address. If the channel you set up never appears, check the URL you entered in the channel.

The same card at the top of the editor shows the last sync, products, variants and the number of unlisted items and warnings, which open the list of feed issues.

What's included

  • "Last opened by a service" in the feed editor shows the date and time of the last download and the service that made it.
  • Click it to open "Feed opened by a service": the last 20 downloads of the feed URL, newest first, with date and time, service and IP address.
  • Known services are named, for example GoogleBOT, MetaBOT, HeurekaBOT, IdealoBOT, ZboziBOT, GlamiBOT, PinterestBOT and TikTokBOT; other downloads, browsers included, are listed without a service name.
  • New downloads can take a few minutes to appear.
  • The same header card shows "Last sync at", "Products", "Variants / items" and "Unlisted / warnings", which opens "Feed issues".
Where to find it
