This Privacy Policy explains how Feedyio (“we”, “us”), operated by Happyapps, collects, uses and protects information when you install our Shopify app or visit feedyio.com. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to generate and sync your product feeds.
1. Information we collect
When you install the app we receive your Shopify store domain and the access scopes you approve, product, inventory, collection and market data needed to build feeds. We do not collect payment-card details; billing is handled by Shopify.
On our website we use cookies and standard analytics to understand traffic and improve the product.
2. How we use information
We use store data solely to generate, validate and synchronize your product feeds to the channels you configure, and to provide support. We never sell your data.
3. Sharing with third parties
Feed data is delivered only to the marketplaces, comparison sites and networks you explicitly connect. We use a small number of sub-processors (hosting, analytics) bound by data-processing agreements.
4. Data retention
We keep store data only while your app is installed. When you uninstall, related data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time. EU/EEA users have full rights under the GDPR; we act as a data processor for store data and controller for account contact details.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. We follow the principle of least privilege and review access regularly.
