One place for every order

Feedyio fetches new marketplace orders and lists them in the app with their status, customer, country and total. Preview exactly what will be created, then import the order into Shopify with one click. Each order is linked to its Shopify order, so it is never created twice.

Orders that look like your own

Imported orders carry the marketplace currency, VAT tax lines, your Shopify shipping method and a tag with the marketplace name and order number. Customers are matched by email or phone, or created. Stock is decremented following each product’s inventory policy, and no receipt email goes out to the customer.

Products matched the way you list them

Choose whether order lines match your variants by variant ID, SKU or barcode. If an item has no match, it is still added as a custom line, so the order total always adds up.

Extra data where your team needs it

Write pickup point IDs and names, company numbers or VAT numbers into order attributes, the order note or the billing company field. Use Liquid for anything else, and set extra attributes per delivery option.

Approve, ship and cancel back on the marketplace

Fulfil the order in Shopify as usual, then send the shipment to the marketplace. The Ship form is pre-filled with tracking from your Shopify fulfilment. A Feedyio block on the Shopify order page shows which marketplace the order came from and its available actions.

No, by design. Feedyio fetches and lists new orders, you preview them and press import. That keeps you in control of every order that lands in Shopify.
