About Findbar
Findbar is a search and product discovery platform for online stores. It replaces the default search box with its own AI engine that understands query intent, handles typos and ranks results by likelihood of purchase.
Search is the strongest buying signal in a store. A customer who types a query knows what they want and expects an immediate result. If they do not get one, they leave without buying, and standard reports rarely show it.
Findbar supports multimodal input. Beyond plain text it offers image search, where a shopper snaps or uploads a photo and the system finds matching products, plus voice search and barcode scanning.
The platform includes merchandising tools. Business rules are written in natural language, so marketing can promote collections, prioritize in-stock items or push down clearance without involving developers.
Analytics show what customers search for, which queries return nothing and which searches lead to an order. Those are direct pointers for assortment gaps and for rewriting product titles.
Technically Findbar works over its own index built from a product feed. Feedyio generates a feed with titles, descriptions, categories, variants, prices, availability and images and keeps it refreshed, so the index reflects real stock.
The platform is platform agnostic and offers a native Shopify integration. The stated sub-50ms response time means autocomplete reacts instantly even on large catalogs.
Findbar is used by more than 250 retailers, among them brands such as Jumbo, JD Sports and Pet City. The client base is concentrated in Southeast and Central Europe, while the product itself works regardless of language or market.
