Shared library: reuse conditions and rules across feeds

If you send the same custom labels, delivery times or product groups to several channels, you no longer have to rebuild the same conditions in every feed. The new Library page keeps your shared category mappings, conditions and rules in one place.

A condition says which products: for example a vendor, a tag or a price range. A rule says what to output, and when: cases evaluated in order, the first match wins. In any feed, use a shared condition inside a field's case, or add a shared rule as a case with "Add shared rule". Change it once in the library and every feed that uses it picks up the change at its next rebuild.

"Preview" shows how a condition or rule works on your products before you save it. Existing fields can be copied into the library with "Save to Library", and "Used in" lists every place an item is used.

What's included

  • "Library" in the app menu replaces "Category mappings": one page for shared category mappings, conditions ("Which products") and rules ("What to output, and when").
  • In a field's case, switch "Custom" to "Shared condition" to reuse a saved condition, or click "Add shared rule" to run a saved rule's cases in that position.
  • "Preview" checks a condition or rule on up to 10 of your products, with your shop defaults or a feed's settings, and shows which products match or which case applies.
  • "Save to Library" in a field's menu copies its first case as a condition or all its cases as a rule.
  • "Used in" shows where each item is used; a condition or rule that a feed uses cannot be deleted.
Where to find it

Find it under "Library" in the app menu, on the "Shared library" card on the Feeds page and in Home quick actions. Available on every plan.
