- Complete the activation form in the Heureka services administration and check the pre-filled contract details.
- Add a working e-mail address that will receive the satisfaction questionnaires.
- Submit the form - this is your proposal to enter into the contract; you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Implement the tracking: if your platform supports it, paste your unique 32-character key; otherwise add Heureka’s application script to the final step of the order (thank-you page).
- Wait for the first order - the script activates after the first purchase; verify it in the "Ověřeno zákazníky" tab.
- Choose your service level the day after your first tracked order.
