Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Feedyio affiliate program.
1. Partnership Obligations
If a referral violates the general rules, Feedyio may suspend or terminate the partnership.
Feedyio may terminate participation immediately and without prior notice for fraudulent activity or misuse.
Feedyio will not pay installation rewards if the referral fails to meet the criteria or is not an acceptable Shopify store.
Websites featuring app catalogues similar to the Shopify App Store are excluded from the program.
2. Termination
Either party may end the partnership at any time, with or without cause, by written notice. Email is acceptable written notice.
3. Modification
Feedyio may modify these terms at any time at its discretion. You will be notified by email. If the changes are unacceptable you may terminate, and continued participation means acceptance.
4. Payment
Once you reach the minimum withdrawal amount you can request payment via the Mantle Payout page. The minimum balance to withdraw is $50.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The affiliate has no responsibility to the company if referrals do not lead to the company's desired results.
6. Confidentiality
Each party must protect confidential information and limit disclosure to authorized personnel, legal requirements, public information, or independently developed information.
